Phuntsok Gelek is from Xigaze, Xizang Autonomous Region. This year is the second year of his study and living in the High-level Tibetan Buddhism College of China. At 8:10 a.m., he started the morning reading in the courtyard of the college as usual. Different from before, he expected another “on-the-spot teaching” in the afternoon. Phuntsok Gelek said that the most unique part of his studies at the High-level Tibetan Buddhism College of China is that students from different religious sects of Tibetan Buddhism study together, learn from each other, and make progress together. Through informative “on-the-spot teaching”, he can observe changes in society and master specialized knowledge.
