On October 26, a public welfare healthcare team of 12 medical experts from the AVIC General Hospital and the China Rehabilitation Research Center entered Waqie Town, Hongyuan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and carried out the free medical treatment activity.

During the free medical treatment, there was a big snowfall and it was very cold outside. However, the expert team was very passionate. They overcame their altitude sickness and diagnosed local residents, prescribed, and gave advice on their life passionately and patiently. The local people expected the arrival of experts from Beijing and returned satisfactorily with medicines for symptomatic treatment donated by “One Heart · the Chinese Heart”, a medical public welfare activity.
