A joint exhibition of cultural relics from the Forbidden City and the National Museum of China recently opened at the National Museum of China.

The exhibition is divided into four sections. The second part of the third section expounds the significance of “harmony and coexistence” for the inclusiveness and continuity of Chinese civilization from the perspective of the integration of ethnic culture.
