24 tons of Tibetan pork shipped from Tibet to Beijing under backdrop of poverty alleviation

Recently, two large refrigerated trucks loaded with 400 heads and 24 tons of Tibetan pork drove to Beijing, kicking off the prelude to cooperation between Tibet and Beijing in poverty alleviation by industry and consumption.

It is reported that the cooperation was sponsored by the People’s Government of Markam County and co-organized by the Markam County Tibet-Beijing Trading Co., Ltd., the Beijing Shounong Group, and the Beijing Wumart Group.
